I found Mountain Vista Apartments to be the best value for living in Sierra Vista. The amenities you receive in the apartment unit are truly 5 stars. The location of the apartment complex, the site design layout and the existing pine tree setting allows wildlife to live harmoniously. Hawks, owls and a variety of birds thrive within the natural living space! Best of all, the management team is always there to help you with anything you need... Thanks Katrina, Steve and David!

I moved to mountain vista apartments June 15th 2024, I like it here. Any maintenance issues I have had was taken care of right away. Apartments are going to have issues unless they are brand new. The locks on the pool area need to be upgraded, but that’s not a big issue for me.

Nice place to live. Big trees, grass, plenty of parking, NON SMOKING PROPERTY, and nice sidewalks to your door. Office manager is wonderful, and very attentive. Maintenance is great, knowledgeable, and very prompt.

We have lived here for 4 months now and we love it here. The grounds, pool, laundry are nice and clean. Katrina the manager and her office help are very helpful. The maintenance crew is fantastic. Every time we have needed something fixed, Katrina, gets maintenance right on it. We have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for the problem to get fixed. We love the grounds, it is beautiful here!!! Our neighbors are great, no problems so far. Nice and quiet here!!!
